Lorelei and I spent the afternoon together doing girly things.
Right after school we headed out to the mall. Thankfully that's only an 8 minute drive from our house during the day. We went to the JCPenney Salon where we both got haircuts and Mommy got some highlights.
We walked out looking fabulous *wink* and headed over to the food court. Lorelei decided on McDonald's for lunch (of course) and it was definitely a Happy Meal kind of afternoon.
After our McDonald's we headed over to the Libby Lu store. Unfortunately, Libby Lu is closing down. Lorelei was very upset by the news. The ladies working at Libby Lu sprinkled her with fairy dust so she could make her last wish there. Thankfully, they were having a huge closing sale so we managed to snag a whole bunch of stuff for her; including a large and very dangerous package of glitter. (Let's hope that doesn't end up all over the house!)
And, to end our day, she stopped and threw a penny into the water fountain.
I love having girl time with her. It's so much fun!
