George got a call at work today that Caleb had thrown up and needed to be gathered from school.
George, of course, then called me to relay this message. I was still in my pj's, hadn't brushed my hair or teeth. Lorelei was still in her pj's with stains down the front from morning popsicles to ease her throat pain and no socks. But, we threw on our winter gear and jumped in the car to go get him.
Apparently, he'd been trying to hold it in and then it just came out all over his desk. Which I'm sure made him feel awful. He didn't seem all that bad after an hour or two here at home, but about 30 minutes ago he passed out on the couch after taking something for the headache he was complaining about.
Wonder if he'll be home tomorrow?
Lorelei's fever broke, so she'll be able to go back to school tomorrow.
I'm just greatful it's happened before Christmas! I remember the year Caleb had pneumonia for the holidays and that was just no fun at all!
