Learning to Read & Fire Safety

It's going to be a fun month! Caleb brought home his first reading book today! We sat down and read together right after school and he did exceptionally well. We need to definitely work on sounding out new words, but other words were very easy for him. Lorelei is having a great time at preschool. This week they are working on fire safety. She made a firefighter hat and did a painting of fire. ;) They also learned about 'stop, drop and roll'.
