Excited to Read

It is so wonderful to see Caleb so excited about reading! Tonight we read three 'new' books that I picked up at St. Vincent DePaul while we were out bumming this afternoon. The last one, Freight Train, was right up his alley and definitely easy enough for him to read, so he read it to Lorelei and I before bed. Then while I got them some bedtime water and a little cough medicine for Caleb, he reread the book to Lorelei! It's great that he gets such a thrill from this skill since it will be so important later in life. Obviously he gets his love of books from both parents!
