Well, we missed almost all of Kindergarten Family Night. It just couldn't be helped. So...since I can't tell you what happened...
Here are the books we picked up at the Scholastic Book Fair:
Avatar the Last Airbender -- The Lost Scrolls: Air ($2)
Avatar the Last Airbender -- The Lost Scrolls: Earth ($2)
Go, Speed Racer, Go ($3.99)
WALL-E Chapter Book ($3.99)
Pokemon Ultimate Handbook ($9.99)
Alice the Fairy ($2.50)
Word Girl City Hall Sandwich ($3.99)
Tiger Can't Sleep ($2.50)
Barbie Mariposa ($3.99)
Barbie & the Diamond Castle ($9.99)
Corduroy Lost and Found ($2.50)
Lorelei and I read Alice and the Fairy and Word Girl City Hall Sandwich for her reading homework. I just loved Alice and the Fairy! It is adorable! Caleb had to have the Pokemon handbook so he can learn about all the different Pokemon and I convinced him to get the Avatar chapter books so that we could read together. I also had to pick up Corduroy Lost and Found because I just adored the original Corduroy when I was a kid. All the books priced below $3.99 were on special! All in all it was $58 of reading fun.
